Bullets in the Hole

Ever wonder how many times you actually win with pocket aces in Texas Holdem? In the last 2 weeks of play, I have started the hand with bullets in the hole 13 times. Out of those 13 hands I won only 5 hands. What is that....35% maybe? That just goes to show how often pocket pairs actually win in online poker.Its the highest starting hand in Holdem but yet gets beat more than half the time. Most of the time its a straight. Maybe I'm wrong but straights pop up on the river way too often in online games. You just don't see them that often in live play
